The Sales Support Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to ensure a positive experience for customers and to assist the sales team in meeting their goals. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing customer accounts, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and tracking sales data.

• Maintain and update customer accounts with current information, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.

• Handle customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them quickly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Develop a understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers and support sales initiatives.
