Title: Scheduler Location: FL-Lakeland-BayCare Home Care Job Number: 225212

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Assistant who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and oversight for all disciplines: SN, PT, RT, OT, ST, MSW.

• Assists in entering approved PTO and patient Emergency Management Plans into scheduling package, enters and verifies vital patient information into billing system, and maintains CPR card, Driver's license and Auto Insurance information in team member files.

• Reviews admission packets for completeness, assists PCS in productivity oversight, and works all report as indicated in standard work.

• Adds disciplines as instructed by PCS, approves all disciplines, including visit type, enters skills for each clinician in staff management area of scheduling package and enters assignment of and updates for case manager for each patient.

• Assists with daily routine paperwork and clerical duties necessary for the smooth day to day function of the unit.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Required: High School or Equivalent

• Preferred: Associates - Computer Related

Experience:

• Required: 1 year - Computer Related

• Preferred: 6 months - Healthcare

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Shift: Days

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: No
