  • Description

    Will be supporting a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting department with administrative tasks including but not limited to:

    • Scheduling and managing calendars for internal and external candidate interviews/screenings, travel, and onboarding processes

    • Maintain ATS with up-to-date information

    • Scheduling and coordination of career fairs, and company events used to attract talent

    • Pull monthly and quarterly reports

    • Process travel expenses

    • Process invoices

    • Attend and participate in team meetings to provide updates

    • Collaborate with multiple departments to assist with a smooth onboarding process for new hires

    • Assist HR team with various tasks

    • Other projects and duties as assigned

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • At least 7 years of Administrative experience in a professional office environment

    • Minimum level of education required: Associate Degree

    • Microsoft Suite experience

    • Experience utilizing Outlook and Outlook Calendar for scheduling

    • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a positive attitude

    • Ability to self-direct, work independently, and is a problem-solver, along with a team-first mindset and service-first mindset to support internal partners

    • Technical savviness, and willingness to learn new systems

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Must maintain confidentiality across all job functions

    • Ability and willingness to work in office 5 days/week

    Preferred

    • Experience using Workday
