Essential Job Functions

• Performs all order fulfillment and warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, stocking, storing and inventory of materials to ensure that company warehousing needs are met.

• Receives material and verifies count against documents to ensure that all materials are received according to agreed upon quantities.

• Processes requests for items, pulls and assembles kits for shipping, prepares and packs items for shipment to ensure that all items are addressed and shipped to appropriate locations.

• Assists in loading and unloading shipments and ensures that all items are cataloged and then placed in appropriate locations in the warehouse.

• Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

• Contacts business unit personnel, courier services, vendors and other relevant parties to ensure accurate delivery and pick-up of all shipment.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.

• Two or more years of experience in warehousing

• Experience working with shipping and receiving policies

• Experience working with domestic and international shipping/freight regulations and procedures

Other Qualifications

• Communication skills to communicate with business unit personnel, staff and management

• Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel

• Ability to lift and move shipments and equipment

• Ability to operate hand truck, forklift or other mechanized material handling equipment

• Office or warehouse environment
