    Eligible to Apply Anywhere in the US This position involves accurate and timely report setup and monthly maintenance (including self audits) for new report setup requests for our Self insured customers claim reporting needs. Other responsibilities include attending new customer calls and managing the ongoing day to day interactions with customers, brokers and other internal contacts. Additional activities include answering and researching questions and issues through shared mailboxes providing a timely and accurate response within the designated turnaround times as well as verifying report accuracy prior to report production and delivery to customers. Support and mentor less experienced team members. Engage in and provide insightful feedback/assistance with process improvements or special projects that are in process. Fundamental Components/Job Description: Work internally to ensure customer reporting is set up timely and accurately. Ensure customer issues and questions (both internal and external) are handled appropriately within a timely manner. Complete the ongoing maintenance to ensure accurate report delivery. Provide team support in an effort to consistently deliver the best in class customer service.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    Minimum: 18.51

    Maximum: 33.65

    Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience with Accounting functions and solid customer service skills are a must. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment and switch gears rapidly are very important. - Candidate must be able to autonomously research and solve issues/questions in a timely manner on a consistent basis. - Accurate work and ability to thrive in a virtual team environment is key. - Understanding products that we sell/service. - Strong Understanding of customer setup/structure/plans within CCI. - High level understanding of the claim workflow through the entire claim life cycle

    • Experience with claim flow- Process work in Excel, Word and Outlook as power user- Business objects/WEBI experience- Turn data into meaningful outputs- Strong research and analytical skills

    Education

    • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
