  • The Service Resource Coordinator will work with the America's Service team which fixates on high-value solution sales while positioning repeatable offerings and optimizing the sales conversion to delivery.The candidate will provide support for Advisory Services creating and processing Statements of Works needed for volume repeatable services offerings by leveraging modular services delivery kits and scope necessary to drive successful customer outcomes. The Service Resource Coordinator will collaborate with the presales Advisory Services Manager ("ASM") and inside Advisory Services Manager ("iASM") which is the service's solution sales liaison and field sales teams throughout the origination, solutioning, and teaming to capture new business for targeted market and sales enterprise verticals.Role+ Assist and drive the sales pursuit team with Advisory or independently in underserved regions with new and existing clients to educate and propose packaged consulting, Technical Account Managers, and education offers+ Propose the optimal prepackaged solution or assist clients in minimizing options based on client's needs, solution specifications, and applicable regulations.+ Independently run sales campaigns with account teams or directly to existing clients based upon corporate priorities or marketing efforts.+ Initiate or manage request from Advisory to convert prepaid services (FlexCredits) into delivery orders+ Take requests from Advisory to create Statements of Work (SOW) from technical inputs, verify the pricing calculator, process, and work with delivery to hand-off the documents.Key Responsibilities & Duties+ Drive solution sales in underserved regions and educate low-performing sales teams on services solution offers by proposing potential pre-packaged offers+ Communicate with sales teams and clients with already existing prepaid credits (FlexCredits) to assist in converting them into actionable delivery orders+ Create and manages Statement of Works with technical input from Advisory, packages them for signature, and hands off completed package to delivery organization+ Participate in end of quarter or go to market services marketing efforts by proposing offers to sales teams or targeted existing clients.+ Provide weekly sales forecasts, regular reporting, imagine creative ways to provide customer value, and stay abreast of status/details for each campaign and opportunity.Basic Qualifications+ B.S. or B.A.+ Legal document (SOW or otherwise) process knowledge.+ Quickly respond to tactical requests for proposals balancing the needs of the organization, along with an ability to triage small to mid-sized projects with repeatable technical proposals+ Proficiency in spoken English and English contract written language.Preferred Qualifications+ Running inside sales marketing or solution campaigns with predefined existing clients+ Hands-on experience in crafting responses to RFP/RFIs+ Natural leadership abilities, ability to thrive in an independent manner combining exceptional interpersonal communication, virtual team building, and presentation skills
