Shipping and Receiving Associate

Now's the perfect time to join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial working as a temporary Shipping & Receiving Associate at Nissan, a premier, Fortune 500 client and global leader in the automotive industry! This position is located in Novi, MI in a climate-controlled facility. This could be a great opportunity if seeking a summer position but it could lead to something longer.

Shift:

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, $18.50/hour

What is a typical day as a Shipping/Receiving Associate? You'll be:

• Receiving, stocking, storing, handling and labeling goods and materials in a warehouse environment

• Inspecting merchandise, checking for shortages, damaged goods, and discrepancies

• Handling goods and materials carefully and safely

• Identifying opportunities for improvement including ways to optimize warehouse space

This role might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are detail orientated

• Have previous shipping/receiving experience

• The ability to use Microsoft Office including: Outlook email, calendar, Teams, and Excel

• Forklift experience would be a major plus

• Are comfortable lifting 50 lbs., bending, standing and kneeling throughout your shift
