Sr. Accountant

About the Company

We are a private equity backed company looking for a talented and experienced accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting using QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll (or coordinate with payroll service) using QuickBooks.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Perform account reconciliations on a monthly basis.

• Maintain accurate and detailed accounting records.

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

• Stay up-to-date on accounting best practices and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role using QuickBooks.

• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
