Reports to Human Resources Manager and provides assistance to the Executive Leadership Team. Will research and compile data, develop reports, complete special projects, and assist in coordinating the planning activities for the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
Manage Leadership calendars and independently schedules appointments.
-Screen incoming calls, correspondence and responds independently when possible.
-Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.
-Act as custodian of documents and records.
-Maintain organizational files and records.
-Communicate on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team to various company employees and customers, as needed.
-Coordinate activities including Scheduling meetings, setting up conference calls, arrange travel accommodations and itineraries.
-All other duties as assigned

Ability to work in a challenging environment
Typing 60 wpm
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE-
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
