Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Word Processor in New Providence, New Jersey. This role primarily involves transcribing audio files into digital documents. This position requires a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio files accurately into digital documents

• Ensure all transcriptions are completed with a high level of accuracy

• Utilize typing skills to achieve a speed of 45 - 60 WPM

• Perform data entry tasks as needed

• Maintain a strong attention to detail throughout all tasks

• Collaborate with the team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Requirements

• The role requires proficiency in typing with a speed of 45 - 60 WPM.

• Candidate must possess data entry skills.

• No minimum years of experience are required for this role. Bilingual Spanish speaking skills are highly desired

• The candidate should have strong attention to detail.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism and respect for confidentiality.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are required.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.

• The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
