We invite you to be a part of our client's rapidly expanding team, focused on providing an array of financial services for a broad spectrum of clients: from individuals to small and mid-sized enterprises.

As a Staff Accountant/Bookbooker, your primary role entails executing transactions, carrying out straightforward account reconciliations and supporting various clients' accounting needs. You'll also engage in myriad tasks, including creating financial reports, bank reconciliations, sales tax returns processing, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll processing among others.

Requirements

Key Skills Needed

• Extensive knowledge of accounting software particularly Quickbooks.

• Demonstrable ability to prioritize tasks, paying keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-player approach.

• High-speed learning ability and desire to upgrade skills.

Requirements

• At least one year's experience dealing with Quickbooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

• Prior experience in reconciling bank accounts, credit card accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc., will be highly regarded.

• An associate degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred, however, relevant experience may also be considered.
