Overview

Stryten Energy in Manchester is looking to hire a Stock Room Clerk. Job duties and responsibilities include control of the stock room inventory and monitoring physical inventory and stocking parts. Works within established policies, procedures, practices and regulations.

Starting Pay: $19.50

Shift: 2nd shift (2pm-10pm)

Responsibilities

• Maintains parts inventory for equipment and facility maintenance.

• Coordinate shipping and receiving of maintenance tools and supplies.

• Order and acknowledge machine repair parts based on computer inventory levels.

• Stocks machine repair parts and maintains an orderly and clean stockroom.

• Enters inventory and maintenance work order data into computer system.

• Enters data into computerized Preventive Maintenance System and other programs.

• Performs other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.

• Keeps work are neat and clean and performs normal housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of personal computers with spreadsheet and word processing experience.

• A minimum of one year accounting or customer service background is preferred or experience with parts inventory systems or part inventory knowledge through mechanical experience.

• Valid Iowa driver's license is required.

• Good communication and people skills are required
