    REQUIREMENTS

    MUST HAVE AT 3+ YEARS PREVIOUS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY IN JANITORIAL AND/OR PRODUCTION FIELD

    5 YEARS ADMINISTRATIVE EXP

    MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, TEAMS)

    SOLID WORK HISTORY

    ABILITY TO STAND AND WALK FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME;

    WILLINGNESS TO LEARN NEW TASKS AS REQUIRED

    MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS FREQUENTLY

    MUST HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND RESPOND IN PROFESSIONAL MANNER TO DIVERSE GROUPS TO INCLUDE ABM AND CLIENT EMPLOYEES, MANAGERS, HR, CONTRACTORS AND OUTSIDE VENDORS AS NEEDED IN PERSON, VIA PHONE, EMAIL, OR TEXT.

    MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS AS NEEDED

    1. CONDUCT OSHA TRAINING AND ORIENTATION FOR NEW HIRES AND EMPLOYEES

    2. CHECK TEAM MEMBER GATEWAY FOR APPLICANTS AND SCHEDULE INTERVIEWS

    3. PERFORM ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS AS ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR

    4. READ AND RESPOND APPROPRIATELY TO CLIENT AND ABM EMAILS AND VOICE-MAIL

    5. CONDUCT START UP MEETINGS WITH EMPLOYEES IN ABSENCE OF MANAGER.

    6. ORDER SUPPLIES

    7. SHOW CONTRACTOR VIDEOS AND UPDATE CONTRACTOR SITE ORIENTATION AS NEEDED

    8.INSPECT RESTROOMS AND CLEANING CARTS

    9. CONDUCT SWOP INSPECTIONS ON EMPLOYEES

    10. ENSURE EMPLOYEES ARE FOLLOWING CLIENT AND ABM POLICIES (PPE; CELL PHONE; BREAK)

    11. MAINTAIN FILES, TRAINING LOGS, BOOKS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS.

    12. PERFORM WALK THROUGH OF ABM CLEANING AREAS AND DEPARTMENT AREAS TO ENSURE EMPLOYEES ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ABM AND CLIENT JOB SAFETY POLICIES AND RECORD, DOCUMENT , AND COMMUNICATE ANY CLIENT OR EMPLOYEE CONCERNS WITH ABM AND CLIENT SAFETY LEADER LEADERSHIP TEAMS

    13. IDENTIFY WORK SAFETY HAZARDS AND SUBMIT AND MAINTAIN WORK ORDERS AS NEEDED.

    14. TRAIN ON TOPICS AS REQUIRED BY ABM OR CLIENT

    15. ASSIST IN CLEANING AS NEEDED IN ABSENCE OF STAFF.

    16. ASSIST EMPLOYEES WITH REQUESTS; I.E. TIME OFF, DIRECT DEPOSIT, ADDRESS CHANGE AND SEND DOCUMENTS TO REQUIRED ENTITY FOR PROCESSING

    1. ASSIST IN RESOLVING ISSUES FROM CLIENT AND EMPLOYEES

    2. PREPARE FACILITY FOR AND PARTICIPATE IN CLIENT TOURS AND ASSIST AS NEEDED.

    *Other SUPERVISORY and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.
