Assist the Manager with operations for multiple locations for OptumCare Anesthesiology in the Las Vegas area
Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of a team members
Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments
Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
Provide coaching, feedback and annual performance reviews as well as formal corrective action
Manage employee areas related to practice enhancement, EMR training, work standardization, ongoing training, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies

High school Diploma or equivalent
1+ year of supervisory / leadership experience
5+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims or customer service environment
5+ healthcare care industry
Clinical operations experience (billing, coding, quality measures, documentation, scheduling)
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint

Anesthesiology scheduling experience
5+ years in healthcare management experience in a clinic / healthcare setting
5+ years of progressive medical practice experience
3+ years managerial/supervisory experience,
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work within a team environment and navigate multiple concurrent deadlines
Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical tools to outgoing reports
Ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
Ability to multi-task including the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
