    About this role

    This position is for a Customer Service technician who is under direct supervision. Responsible for resolving basic customers' service or billing complaints and obtaining customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased. Applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accurately process SUSP purchase orders and fulfill orders in the required timeframe.

    • Maintain accurate customer contract information and license records.

    • Answer incoming emails, phone calls and all other inquiries presented to the SUSP queues in a timely manner.

    • The SUSP Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role in working with our Value Added Reseller (VAR) channel to provide timely and accurate order processing, and license fulfillment.

    • Maintain accurate customer contract information and license records.

    • Generate licenses in response to customer service inquiries (Phone & Email)

    Basic Qualifications

    • High School Diploma/ GED

    • 2+ years in a customer service role

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Associate degree or equivalent

    • Effective Communication: Ability to correspond effectively with a variety of functional teams and strong interpersonal skills for supporting and advising sales, operations, and financial teams on proper systems and process.

    • 1-3 years of operations, financial, services experience preferred.

    • Able to adapt quickly to emerging technologies and applications.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Pay Range:

    $34,238 - $59,916 Annually
