    Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

You are PASSIONATE about customer service, highly tech-savvy, and you LOVE detailed data related assignments.     This individual will be responsible for the following:

    • Schedule and Support 3rd party technicians to service Parcel Pending Lockers

    • Manage large queue of incoming vendor questions, scheduling confirmations, and other vendor and customer reach outs

    • Respond promptly to actionable vendor questions and reach outs both via email and phone

    • Support Parcel Pending in ensuring Locker installations are successfully completed

    • Responsible for vendor management and the customer experience at a property from the property management team down to each resident.

    • Create solutions to limit vendor re-visits and limit time on site to save the customer and company money.

    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

    • Responsible for onsite visits/ service calls when applicable

    • Follows proper urgency and escalation of installation opportunities to ensure the correct stake holders are involved in creating solutions

    • Perform other duties as required to support the success of Parcel Pending

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Ability to problem solve and operate independently

    • Highly Tech Savvy

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt as priorities change

    • Must work great in a team environment.

    • Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities in person, on phone and via email.

    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand/carry out instructions provided in written or verbal format.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    • Field Service or Technical experience preferred

    • Salesforce CRM experience a PLUS.

    • Minimum 18 years of age

    • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

    • Some College Preferred

    • Eligible to work in the United States

    • Must be able to pass a background check

    • Light to moderate heavy lifting, when required (less than 50lbs)

    To professionally install and maintain Quadient equipment, products and solutions. By means of his/her technical knowledge and experience and his/her customer behavior skills the engineer's daily task is to generate customer satisfaction by solving customer requirements. To perform planned maintenance and corrective maintenance and equipment modifications within the scheduled time and to high quality standards.

    *This role is budgeted for $24 - $25 per hour

    *Monday through Friday role no weekends

    This position has a salary range of

    $48,400.00 - $72,600.00

As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
