  • Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Tenant Coordinator to join the team of a high-level property management company that specializes in large commercial properties. As a Tenant Coordinator, you will provide general support for a team managing data center and life science properties, including clerical, basic book-keeping, contract management and more. This individual will also be responsible for supporting the Property Manager in all aspects of managing the assigned portfolio, as you will play a key role assisting and supporting the operations and financial responsibilities of the properties within the portfolio. Tenants have very high expectations, so for a candidate to excel in this role, they will need to have an outstanding ability to work under pressure and shift priorities quickly, depending on the current needs of the business.

    This role will be on-site in Seattle, 5 days a week, 8:00 to 5:00, Monday - Friday.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 4+ years of administrative or office experience

    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Strong technical skills (tech savvy)

    • Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented - Bachelor's Degree

    • Client Relations/Relationship Management experience

    • Familiar with Yardi or other accounting software

    • Property Management experience (commercial is a huge plus)

    • Problem-solving and de-escalation skills

    • Real Estate experience null
