  • Overview

    Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For," is looking for a Training and Event Registration Coordinator to join our growing team in our Raleigh, NC office. This role will provide unparalleled customer service to exceed internal client goals and build relationships. This is not a remote position.

    Responsibilities

    • Support online event registration creation and manage attendee lists

    • Build websites, registration pages, and event reports using a software platform

    • Gather event requirements and advise internal teams on best practices

    • Develop and deploy surveys

    • Balance tasks and timelines internal to the team and in partnership with our clients

    • Facilitate, build, and maintain proactive relationships with firm colleagues

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1+ years relevant experience

    • Experience managing event registration and/or building event registration sites within Cvent preferred or other software.

    • Ability and interest to learn new software and build skills

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to instill confidence and build rapport across teams

    • High attention to detail

    • Exceptional client service mentality and strong work ethic

    • Excellent communication skills - Ability to communicate clearly with verbal, written, and listening skills

    • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook

    • Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a valued participant in a team-based environment.

    • Perform other duties as assigned
