Performs a variety of administrative and technical assignments under general supervision. Operates a computer to update accounts and to prepare letters, memos, and reports. Makes recommendations to improve business processes within functional department. Title may reflect departmental designation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain reports and performs administrative and technical duties which require a thorough knowledge of various computer applications.
Perform diversified duties including report preparation, data collection, and reconciliation.
Follow administrative processes within department and makes recommendations to increase efficiencies
May work on confidential or sensitive information, typically of a technical nature
Establish and maintain an appropriate filing system to receive needed materials quickly
Bring any unusual or difficult cases to supervisor's attention.
Possess thorough knowledge of the departmental and Company policies and procedures.
Perform such individual assignments as supervisor may direct.
Ensure adequate continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality.
Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department, the company, and the community.
Produce reports, maintain records, obtain records, archive records in StAAR
Maintain the professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities
Coordinate and/or assist with special events (i.e. AMT awards, company picnic, holiday dinner)
All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must have a minimum of one to three months related experience and/or training.
