    SUMMARY

    Performs a variety of administrative and technical assignments under general supervision. Operates a computer to update accounts and to prepare letters, memos, and reports. Makes recommendations to improve business processes within functional department. Title may reflect departmental designation.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain reports and performs administrative and technical duties which require a thorough knowledge of various computer applications.

    • Perform diversified duties including report preparation, data collection, and reconciliation.

    • Follow administrative processes within department and makes recommendations to increase efficiencies

    • May work on confidential or sensitive information, typically of a technical nature

    • Establish and maintain an appropriate filing system to receive needed materials quickly

    • Bring any unusual or difficult cases to supervisor's attention.

    • Possess thorough knowledge of the departmental and Company policies and procedures.

    • Perform such individual assignments as supervisor may direct.

    • Ensure adequate continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality.

    • Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department, the company, and the community.

    • Produce reports, maintain records, obtain records, archive records in StAAR

    • Maintain the professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities

    • Coordinate and/or assist with special events (i.e. AMT awards, company picnic, holiday dinner)

    • All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must have a minimum of one to three months related experience and/or training.
