  • Description

    Provide system support and oversight by monitoring internal transactions to ensure system functionality and compliance with all established crew travel policies while maintiain travel budgets and appropriate staffing according to schedule

    • monitor and oversee all system interface transactions to ensure conitnuious system functionality

    • Request and approve travel arrangements

    • Identify alternative and cost effective travel arrangements for crew

    • Provide recommendations to schedules and personnel administrators and managers can make cost effective changes

    • Request ad hoc travel arrangements to be scheduled for events outside of normal crew travel

    • Process cancellation requests

    • Assist with special projects

    Skills

    Administrative support, travel coordination, travel reservations

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    HS Diploma

    1 year of airline reservation or travels agency experience

    Experience in using Microsoft office programs, Outlook, Word, and Excel

    Detail oriented

    Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

    General knowledge of global geography
