We are looking for a full-time Unit Coordinator to join our team.
Hours/Shift: Full-Time (40 hours per week), Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Provide secretarial assistance on the assigned unit
Comply with internal policies and procedures and applicable external regulatory requirements
Coordinate work within the unit as well as with other units and departments
Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor and respond to inquiries and requests from patients, other hospital personnel, etc.
Perform secretarial, clinical, and support services such as preparing correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, maintaining files and conducting special projects as assigned
Independent judgment, confidentiality and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years prior experience
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Proficient reading, writing grammar, and mathematic skills
Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
Proficient typing skills
Proficient computer skills
