Job Summary:

The warehouse coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring a safe working environment. They will also handle order processing, facility and fleet maintenance coordination and collaborating with other departments to streamline warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for local transportation interactions.

• Coordinate and maintain facility maintenance.

• Stock and organize warehouse supplies.

• Manage fleet repair and maintenance

• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required

• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift

Key Competencies:

• Reinforces culture of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all function of the job

• Excellent planning and organizational skills

• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details

• Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite)

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Proven team player

Base Compensation Range is $25 - 27hr
