When you realize that your Career is no longer fulfilling but has become a job to pay the bills, you may need to start your looking again. You may need to retrain by returning to school, but not necessarily. My experience has been when my employment became a drudgery because of what I was doing, I needed to change what I was doing. Your education can make it where you choose your employment, not your employment choosing you. It worked out for me. I hope it will be a good choice for you.
