    How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

    The part time Flights Ops Support role provides knowledgeable subject matter support to key projects and needs inside of Delta Professional Services Flight Training & Standards. This role works on an 'as needed' basis for the area assigned. Flight Ops Support Coordinators should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 air carrier operations and moderate to expert knowledge of specific areas of focus. This position will report to the DPS Program Manager, Delta Air Crew Training Center and Compliance.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS

    • Provide curriculum; compliance; or training support to Flight Training.

    • Partner with Flight Training support teams to complete project tasks as assigned.

    • Provide knowledgeable subject matter guidance to project tasks as assigned.

    • Modify or create new training materials when needed.

    • Track individual progress and report status of projects to appropriate leaders.

    • Review standard procedures and provide feedback on changes.

    • Specific duties as assigned by Flight Training m anagement.

    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

    • Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software.

    • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an attention to detail.
