A top banking company is looking for an Account Processor

Position is remote - But worker to be in the Minneapolis area.

Responsibilites

• Manual processing of payments utilizing virtual credit cards.

• Research payment inquires/ issues.

• Provide resolution to payment issues.

• Client communication via phone/ email.

• Work with internal teams to resolve payment issues.

• Duties may include entering new account information; changing information on existing accounts; recording transactions; answering customer inquiries; receiving, classifying, consolidating and summarizing documents and information.

• Completing reports and providing administrative support. Responsibilities may also include customer service duties such as answering customer inquiries, resolving customer problems and responding to customer requests for information.

salary: $20.99 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors
