    Your New Role

    This position is responsible for managing the production incentive process for episodic television offered by domestic jurisdictions.

    Your Role Accountabilities

    • Provide guidance to budgeters on how to estimate the incentive forvarious jurisdictions and review the budget to ensure the incentive iscalculated properly.

    • Ensures a project will qualify for an incentive by researching allapplicable rules, communicating to the stakeholders and monitoringcompliance throughout the project's life cycle.

    • Maintains and updates internal incentive tracking database.

    • Prepares all necessary forms, applications and registrations necessaryto qualify for various production incentive programs.

    • Manage timing expectations from production incentive receivables

    • Coordinates with internal departments (e.g. Finance, Tax, Legal,Business Affairs, Post, etc) in all aspects related to productionincentives on project specific issues Provides guidance to Production Accounting on all incentive relatedmatters.

    • Liaise with international consultants and service providers on allproduction incentive related matters;

    • Assists with ad hoc projects / analysis

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, tax or finance.

    • Production accounting experience preferred.

    • Bonus - Working knowledge of production incentives.

    • Bonus - Working knowledge of the production process

    • Bachelors Degree required. Degree in Accounting preferred

    • College coursework in Accounting

    • Communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel.

    • Multi-task, to prioritize, and meet competing goals.

    • Work well in a fast-paced environment.

    • Work independently to meet deadlines.

    • Analytical skills.

    • Advanced excel skills

    • Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Experience with PSL, Smart Accounting, Vista a plus

    In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
