We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining various financial records with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions including accounts payable, journal vouchers, vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, ledgers, statements, and billings.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all processed transactions.

• Conduct research on discrepancies and make necessary corrections or adjustments.

• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Post and verify data accurately.

• Run routine financial reports and analyses.

salary: $21.42 - $21.43 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains spreadsheets and statistical models for financial analysis. Prepares a variety of management presentations. Researches and resolves problems and errors in data from financial reporting systems. May provide assistance in the development of financial applications. May prepare interest rate pricing and forecasting information for use in asset and liability management. Financial and statistical data developed is used by management in policy setting and decision making.
