Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Credit Clerk to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. The job function is in the industry of Accounts Receivable Clerk, and the work will be conducted in a professional environment. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities include

• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate customer credit records

• Resolving customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitoring customer credit accounts for any discrepancies or issues

• Taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments when necessary

• Utilizing skills such as Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, Cash Collections, Commercial Collections, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, Aging Accounts, and Aging Reports to perform job duties

• Communicating effectively with customers regarding their credit accounts

• Working with a large ERP and conducting research as required

• Ensuring all actions comply with legal and ethical standards. Requirements - Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Experience in Billing procedures

• Knowledge of Cash Applications processes

• Understanding of Cash Collections strategies

• Expertise in Commercial Collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in using Oracle

• Familiarity with QuickBooks

• Knowledge of SAP operations

• Understanding of Aging Accounts management

• Ability to generate and interpret Aging Reports
