    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Agent Support Specialists receive inbound calls and emails, taking every opportunity to ensure sales representative questions and requests are addressed immediately and personally.

    • Administer and provide specialized support services for Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and Sales Representatives through inbound and outbound calls, email, and multiple online portals

    • For issues that require additional coordination, Specialists enlist the assistance of Cross Funcational Operations teams and/or management to find resolutions

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Education | Experience: HS/GED AND 2 years customer service experience, OR Associates Degree and 0 years experience

    • Post-Secondary Education OR equivalent knowledge/experience within the Client/Customer Service industry

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Word and Outlook

    • Must be 18 years of age or older

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Education and Experience: Associates Degree

    • Prior industry experience in the merchant services industry

    • Excellent written and oral communication

    • Aptitude for learning new computer applications/software and processes

    • Ability to build strong relationships, be flexible and problem-solving skills

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
