    Shiftwork: Monday - Friday. Must be open to shift work between 7am - 10pm EST.

    Remote: Anywhere in Canada but have to adhere to EST times.

    This role is on the Chargeback team and they currently have 1 other agent working on this team. They are collecting on back accounts that are overdrawn due to return items. So, the customer deposits a cheque, they use the funds, overdraw their accounts, and the customer does not have overdrawn protection.

    This role reports to the Manager of Support Operations. In this charge back portfolio, there is and admin team that receives reports of items that have been returned, and they send detailed report to the charge back team. They are in a dialer situation, dialer will feed them accounts. They will call out to customers listed for those accounts to collect back that balance.

    There may be other adhoc tasks assigned to them, but they will focus on bank account portfolio.

    It's a Mix of inbound and outbound. The number of calls per day on average: 50 accounts(+). Heavier inbound calling que then there is outbound. Dialer system.

    Must Haves

    1) 6+ months of call center experience (Dialer system experience, high volume)

    2) Negotiation skills

    3) Strong Computer literacy (MS Office, outlook, teams).

    4) Excel skills (Filter Excel Sheets, Chart Manipulation, Data Entry, Move Through Sheets)

    Nice to haves

    1) Bilingual (French & English)

    2) Collections Experience

    3) Chargeback experience

    4) Familiar with process improvement.
