We are looking for a personable and professional individual with one year of AR/Collections experience. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced environment. If you are interested, please email me directly at ~~~ or below for immediate response!

salary: $22 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

FUNCTION: Collects delinquent accounts to minimize the potential loss to the company

Performs collection activities on delinquent accounts greater than 15 days past due including minimum daily call

requirements for outbound volume, answer ACD and direct inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence as

necessary to resolve delinquent accounts with members.

Report first payment defaults

Processes over the phone payments on delinquent accounts under 30 days past due and ensure proper credit to loa.

Will consult with Sr Resolution Representative on payments on accounts greater than 60 days past due.

Reports bankruptcy filings to AVP

Following up on broken payment arrangements
