    Job Purpose Summary

    As a Commercial Enablement Associate within the Ophthalmology business unit, you will be a key player in implementing and maintaining commercial tools which support our global commercial team. The Associate will focus on operational execution, supporting various initiatives across Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Power Apps (including Power BI).

    What you will do

    • Assist in the development of tools to maximize revenue by collaborating with key stakeholders across the commercial organization.

    • Own Salesforce CRM execution by collaborating with technical resources to maintain and improve the platform.

    • Facilitate the continued adoption of existing commercial tools and reports by providing trainings and collateral to ensure that internal users understand how to use our tools.

    • Support product launches through the development of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) lists as well as their deployment and tracking in Salesforce CRM.

    • Lead global enablement activities to improve pipeline visibility.

    • Implement updates for our digital ordering app to support global tradeshows.

    What you will need

    • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to execute tasks independently and efficiently.

    • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions such as product management, marketing, customer service, and sales.

    • Strong emphasis on operational implementation rather than conceptual strategy.

    • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading projects from start to finish.

    • Effective communication skills, adept at influencing and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    • Comfortable interacting across all levels of management, including senior leadership.

    Required Education and Experience

    • 2+ years of analytics or marketing experience or a degree in a related field.

    • Proficiency with Excel required and Visual Basic strongly preferred.

    • Experience with data visualization platforms, particularly Power BI preferred.

    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management platforms, specifically Salesforce, strongly preferred.

    • up to 15% travel.
