Customer Service Representative

Health Advocates Network is ** ** hiring a ** Customer Service Representative (1 Year Exp Req)** ! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital ** ** located in Coral Springs, FL.

• Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00/ hour

• Shift: Days (5x8hrs)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract Length: 15 weeks

**Position Summary: ** As a Customer Service/Patient Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that every patient interaction is characterized by empathy, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Your primary focus will be to establish positive relationships with patients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs effectively, and leaving a lasting, positive impression.

Customer Service Representative Qualification and Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Previous customer service experience, particularly in a healthcare or medical setting, is preferred.

• Empathy and patience in dealing with patients and their concerns.

• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare processes is a plus.

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is beneficial.

• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Applications.
