    The main function of a Customer Service Specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the clients issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both. Remote but prefer candidates in the San Diego area. 10 month contract. Qualifications:

    • Computer skills - typing quickly and effectively, minimal troubleshooting

    • Adhering to schedule, quality of calls and idle time, RDONA

    • Multi-tasking, working multiple systems, must be able to grasp computer programs

    • Customer service skills, problem resolution and communication

    • Microsoft Outlook

    salary: $18 - $20.3 per hour

    shift: First

    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

    education: High School

    Responsibilities

    • True call center environment, primarily inbound and some outbound calls. Everything is scheduled

    • Two types of calls: patients and clients. Clients calling in for results, test info and test pricing, adding on additional testing.

    • Scheduling appointments for patients, location details, pricing info and general questions

    • Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.

    • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

    • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

    • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
