    Position Purpose:

    Primary Responsibilities: As the General Clerk, you will be supporting all areas of the division trough performing various administrative and clerical tasks, collaborating with management on key projects, and ensuring the flow of daily business. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to handle a multitude of tasks, and will contribute to the impact of serving community businesses and fellow employees.

    Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

    • Providing general and administrative support to the Accounting/Finance Department.

    • Supporting warehouse, transportation, and sales departments with order processing and billings.

    • Invoicing all division sales and processing credits.

    • Re-route all customer billings and credits for night shift.

    • Maintaining logs and ensuring they are completed daily.

    • Review all credits and billings for the day.

    • Attending to customer inquiries regarding orders.

    • Maintaining up-to-date and proper filing of daily reports.

    • Providing receptionist coverage as needed.

    • Monitoring adequate computer and printer supplies, forms, etc.

    • Ensuring SOX compliance.

    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.

    • 1-3 years of experience in the wholesale distribution industry.

    • Computer proficient with strong knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.

    • Ability to communicate effectively and familiarity with AS400.
