Guest Services Representative

Description

This is an on-your-feet Guest Services role located in downtown Memphis and does require working every Saturday and Sunday. Please apply for this role if you have great customer service experience, can stand for periods of time, and able to commit to weekend hours. Do you love building solid customer relationships? You might be the articulate, highly-skilled Guest Services Representative we're looking for. This is a long-term contract / contract to hire engagement.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills

• Guest interaction experience

• Highly organized and self-motivated

• Strong attention to detail

• Retail experience desired

• Experience with assisting guests

• Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

• Optimistic, perceptive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and customer focused

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

• 2+ years of past relevant experience
