Robert Half has partnered with a valued client in their search of a Human Resources Generalist to help support their employee workforce. This position will have a well-rounded scope of work including, but not limited to, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding employees, performance management, compensation administration and analysis, and other general HR functions as needed.

Ideal Experience

• BS Degree

• 3+ years of HR experience

• Effective communication skills with all level of an organization

• HRIS software experience

• Any HR Certification is a plus

• HR experience within the manufacturing industry is a plus
