Jr. Accountant - Fitness Industry, Half Day Fridays!

Our client is seeking a Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper with a healthy enthusiasm for holistic living. Responsibilities

Conduct reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Record and track expenses accurately.

Assist with month-end reporting activities.

Address deficiencies in accounting processes and suggest improvements.

Collaborate with our CPA firm to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Manage vendor relationships

Handle invoices from a select group of major manufacturers

Generate monthly reporting and ensure teams are aware of trends

Requirements

Requirements

Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

Familiarity with manufacturing and inventory management processes preferred but not required.
