Legal Practice Manager

Description

Prestigious law firm with offices across the globe is actively looking for a Practice Manager to join their M& A practice group. This is a hybrid role where candidates will be expected to work in offices 3 days a week.

Position Overview: The Practice Manager will work under the Director's guidance, collaborating with partners and administrative team members to execute processes and systems effectively. They will aid in operational and strategic aspects of the M& A Group, talent management initiatives, produce business and market intelligence reports, and serve as a key liaison to optimize efficiency and boost client service.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidate must hold a J.D. or MBA degree with 5-7 years of experience in Practice Management/Operations in a large law firm.

• Ideal candidates will have prior M& A and/or Private Equity experience.

• Attorney level candidates with Practice Management experience are encouraged to apply

• Maintain confidentiality, manage competing priorities, and work cross functionally throughout the practice area

• Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated creative problem-solving and people management skills.
