Life Case Manager

Description

The objective of this role is to ensure the life insurance application process is as smooth and efficient as possible for our agents from start to finish. As a case manager, you will execute professionalism while providing top notch customer service and work to find and create efficiencies. This is an amazing opportunity to join our team in a much-needed position.

Preferred Qualities and Skills

• Exhibits excellent customer service skills and professionalism

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

• Adaptability and flexibility to varying workloads and job duties

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Effective written and verbal communication

• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently when needed

Requirements

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred

• Prior experience in an insurance environment or case management is beneficial but not mandatory
