Compensation: $18-24 per hour
Responsibilities:
Coordinate allocation and billing of truckloads going out to OpCo's
Address any requests or adjustments made to purchase orders for billing
Review cube and weight of each truck to ensure billing numbers match that provided by buyers who process the purchase orders
Track final cubes and weights on billing spreadsheet once billing is complete
Complete outbound truck schedule for all OpCo's each week
Maintain documents, filings, and other reports in accordance to policies
Financial reporting and interaction with the Internal Accounting team
Requirements:
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
1 to 3 years of related experience in a business environment, retail, or wholesale.
Ability to analyze multiple forms of data as it relates to the decision making
Ability to communicate effectively using virtual platforms. (I.E. email and teams)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced proficiency in Excel)
Familiarity and basic working knowledge of AS400
Ability to work independently, but also be a team player when necessary
Ability to quickly adapt to change in priorities
Perform other duties as manager assigns
