    Hybrid Position - Onsite 3 Days a Week

    Position Summary

    A multi-billion-dollar, North Dallas-based client is seeking an experienced Manager, Accounts Payable, to lead their team. This is a direct-hire, permanent opportunity that offers a hybrid schedule which requires being onsite 3 days per week.

    Position Requirements

    • Bachelors degree, preferably in finance or accounting

    • Experience with a company with high-volume AP and revenue greater than $2.5B

    • Experience with Lawson is a plus

    • Manage AP staff in the completion of daily accounts payable operations and transactions, including designing/monitoring productivity/metrics, assigning responsibilities to team members, and ensuring team members are trained, coached, and developed and personnel issues are identified, documented, and addressed timely

    • Involved in hands on training for staff along with other identified members of AP Leadership and is well versed regarding all aspects of AP process/systems

    • Assists with closing the Accounts Payable subledger and trains appropriate backup to do so

    • Oversees review of the Accounts Payable Aging and Exception/Kickout process and works with other departments as necessary to improve

    • Performs analysis and reconciliations

    • Leads 1099 process

    Salary range: $75-89k. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
