Position Summary

A multi-billion-dollar, North Dallas-based client is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Accounts Payable, to lead their team. This is a direct-hire, permanent opportunity that offers a hybrid schedule which requires being onsite 3 days per week.

Position Requirements

• Experience with a company with high-volume AP

• Experience with Lawson is a plus

• Supervise AP staff in the completion of daily accounts payable operations and transactions, including designing/monitoring productivity/metrics, assigning responsibilities to team members, and ensuring team members are trained, coached, and developed and personnel issues are identified, documented, and addressed timely

• Performs analysis and reconciliations

• Assists with1099 process

Salary range: $65-75k. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
