    Job Summary

    The Manager of Eligibility's primary functions include processing enrollment additions, terminations, and changes for our members. Our clients are varied and represent a multitude of industries. The Analyst is responsible for a dedicated subset of employer groups and works with their staff to conduct membership reconciliations, assist with new client implementations, and manage day-to-day enrollment updates. This position serves as a primary enrollment contact and works with external vendors to ensure that eligibility is successfully synchronized between the client and our partners.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Process enrollment requests via the portal and electronic file transmission.

    • Resolve member/group eligibility inquiries.

    • Escalate issues to management and/or service partners when appropriate and manage through to resolution.

    • Prioritize and manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines.

    • Support member eligibility maintenance, including enrollments/terminations, etc.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Manager a team and handle all escalated customer calls.

    • Demonstrates sense of personal accountability.

    • Exhibits strong technical skills and is adept with Microsoft office, particularly Excel.

    • Customer service skills - good communicator with internal & external entities

    • Ability to work effectively as a team member as well as independently.

    • Possess strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.

    • Collaborative and confident in presenting ideas to improve processes.

    • Quality conscious with strong attention to detail

    • Possesses strong troubleshooting capabilities.

    Education and Experience

    • Experience as an enrollment/eligibility representative with a carrier or third-party administrator preferred.
