As the Office Manager you will supervise the month-end closing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation. On top of this, the Office Manager will manage a general ledger reconciliation or light journal entries, full cycle A/P coding, cash applications, and perform data entry.     How you will make an impact

    • Other unique projects when they come up

    • Administrate Accounts Payable

    • Maintains sales tax records and creates and files quarterly payments

    • Maintain monthly accounting close

    • Oversee monthly accounting close

    • Organize general ledger

    • Experience with Accounts Receivable

    • Provide monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

    • Experienced with credit card management and reconciliation

    • Assemble cash flow projections, as needed

    • Put subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirements together

    Requirements

    • Relevant accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

    • Experience working in the construction industry required

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

    • Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    • Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

    • Strong analytical capabilities and discernment

      • 3+ years of related experience- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Administrative Assistance experience

    • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

    • Top notch analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
