Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sales Admin Assistant for one of our HVAC/R equipment and services client in the New Orleans metro area. This person will work closely with the Sales team and management. This person will be responsible for providing customer support via emails and phone calls, manage data and documents (records, contracts, paperwork), review and correct PO's/sales order addendums, review contracts, and assist sales team with schedules, appointments, and quotes/proposals. Skills and Requirements
3+ years of sales administration experience
Experience reviewing contracts/work orders/purchase orders/sales orders
Experience with Microsoft Excel and at least 1 more software
Proven job commitment and longevity null
