    We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a diligent Service Coordinator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The selected candidate will be pivotal in supporting our service culture, handling customer inquiries, and managing administrative processes. The role will also involve supporting service technicians, creating work orders, maintaining service records, providing service quotes, and scheduling service for outside customers.

    Hours: 7-330PM, 8-430PM, or 6:30-2:30PM, 40-hours/week

    Pay rate: $20.00-$24.00/hr (DOE)

    This is a fully onsite position

    Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly, prioritizing customer service and business development

    • Organize and manage administrative processes such as call intake, service ticket dispatch, and customer communication

    • Support service technicians with paperwork, customer details, timesheets, etc.

    • Communicate repair completion and outstanding issues to customers, ensuring strong, long term relationships

    • Work closely with accounting to process new customer credit applications, set up new customers, and maintain financial accounts

    • Assist in the timely invoicing and supply of support documentation for invoices to customers

    • Update and maintain customer records regularly

    • Support the resolution of outstanding customer collection issues such as unpaid customer invoices

    • Assist with service project adjustments, permits, inspections, close out documents, and warranties

    • Support marketing strategies and sales campaigns

    • Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, etc.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Service Coordinator role

    • Proficient in data entry tasks

    • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    • Experience in scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics

    • Ability to coordinate with a team and manage work flow

    • Experience in handling and managing work orders

    • Familiarity with preparing and handling customer quotes

    • Ability to prepare quotes based on customer requirements

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Must be able to work independently and in a team

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with customers

    • Must be detail oriented and able to multitask.
