Underwriting Support Specialist

Description We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Sacramento, California. This role is focused on supporting a project-based team within the telecom industry, particularly in the area of underwriting testing. This role will involve tasks such as processing and reviewing documents, verifying data, and providing feedback to management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of department projects, including backend testing and project documentation

• Sending documents via email to the testing environment

• Review and verify information uploaded to the Submissions Digital Assistant app

• Document any error messages encountered during the testing process

• Summarize experience and provide constructive feedback to management

• Assist with proofreading procedure documentation

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks

• Conduct additional tasks as needed to support the overall project.

Skills

• Experience with QA testing

• Familiarity with project documentation

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and feedback skills. Requirements - Proficiency in managing department projects
